Good morning, unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience and I would not like to go back. I used the app to make an appointment for oil change last Friday July 23rd at 10 am but my name was not experience and I would not like to go back. I used the app to make an appointment for oil change last Friday July 23rd at 10 am but my name was not in the list when I arrived. A mechanic came to ask me to wait for an agent to come to my car and take my info. I had to wait for 20 minutes approximately for that agent and for my car to be taken. This is not the 1st time this happened but this time I decided to report it and hopefully the service improves soon. Staff members are just at the station waiting around and joking among them, even though the cars are waiting outside. At the time I went, none of the staff members at their stations were wearing masks and I did not see any sanitizer stations either. Poor customer service and poor management. More
