I had excellent customer service by Pedro Salas and Andres Ulloa. They both helped me and my family out with getting our cars serviced. On Tuesday 4/6/21 I called dealership to purchase a Santa Fe. Spoke to a Barry and Adam about car and we struck a deal that we both were happy with. Since I live in Vegas, I would need to go down there to pi Fe. Spoke to a Barry and Adam about car and we struck a deal that we both were happy with. Since I live in Vegas, I would need to go down there to pick up the car and told them in order to prove that I was serious I would put $5,000 down and the rest would be financed. They happily took my $5,000 down payment on 4/7/21, and on this day I was approved by Hyundai for the financing of the rest of the purchase price. On 4/8/21 I receive paperwork and send back to them, make my airline reservation to pick up the car on 4/15/21. Forward to 4/10/21 3:30 PM. I get a call from Adam and I’m told that the car was sold to someone else. He’s extremely apologetic and says I’m sorry but I don’t make the rules around here, I’ll have a GM give you a call. A few minutes later I get a call from Moe and I’m told that his dealership has a policy that a car is not sold until the car is driven off the lot, and that this is actual California law. Don’t waste your time with shady, unscrupulous characters. Take your money, lead you to believe you purchased a car then sell it out from underneath you because you didn’t pick it up. Wow unbelievable! More

Mike was great to work with, he explain evetything and did not push to make a sale. Made us feel very comfortable. Ravi was not very sociable. He was so focused on his job, which was not a bad thing. He just seem a little to serious, but he was not rude or anything liked that. I would definantly consider using Hyundai of Downey again to purchase a car as long as I have no problems with it. So far so good. Love the car. I hope it lives up to my Acura and Ford F150. And previous cars Honda EX and LX. More
