Service was great from start to finish. I brought my Elantra GT in for what I thought would be routine service after having an engine replaced 6 months earlier, but it turned out that there was a LOT wrong with my vehicle. It took a while due t routine service after having an engine replaced 6 months earlier, but it turned out that there was a LOT wrong with my vehicle. It took a while due to COVID shipping delays on parts, but Jaclyn was not only able get most of the work covered under the vehicle's warranty, she also made sure I had a rental vehicle for the majority of the time the work was being done, which was an extraordinarily long time to have a rental vehicle. In addition, Jaclyn was extremely professional and friendly--No matter how busy she was or how hectic things were at the service dep't at at the time, she was always consistently professional and organized. She also made sure I was fully informed of everything that was being done at all times. I'm not exactly a car expert, and she even went as far as sending me pictures of certain parts when I didn't know what she was talking about, and I think that's really great! I mostly dealt with Jaclyn, but everyone else that I encountered there was also just friendly and professional. This is the 3rd or 4th Hyundai service dep't I've dealt with in the Los Angeles area and they have been by far the best! More
