Very friendly, prone to share more personal stories rather than tell you about features on the car. Knowing how much we were putting as a down payment, we were told we could pay with Visa, then later w rather than tell you about features on the car. Knowing how much we were putting as a down payment, we were told we could pay with Visa, then later we found out we could only use it for about 1/3 of our downpayment due to limits set by the dealership. Would have been nice to know upfront when we asked about it. More
