Essex was very quick to ask about giving him a good review, but he never reset the service light on my car or put a sticker to indicate when i should take my car back for the next service. i called hi review, but he never reset the service light on my car or put a sticker to indicate when i should take my car back for the next service. i called him about these items and said i would have to take the car back. this is a major inconvenience since i don't live close. i ask him to walk me through the steps so i can do it myself and he said he would call me back. I never heard back from him. These sort of issues always come up when i take my car for service. There has to be a better way of training the staff there to ensure customers don't go through this. More
