Outstanding service and exceptional offers After dealing with different car brands/dealers, Downey Hyundai provided me with everything I needed for a pleasant experience to buy a car. There was no pressure, no hassles, and I was able to find the car that fitted my needs, budget, and wishes (I wanted a manual transmission car). I explained Moe and Christian my personal situation and the reason for buying a car. I won't lie, I really liked my previous car (small sporty car). But, family comes first. At the end, I bought the Hyundai Venue with a Manual transmission. I was blown away that this car has everything I needed for an incredible price. In addition, this car is fun to drive and fits everything that I was not able to fit in a regular trunk. Plus, it is a huge gas saver. Part of my commute would be to drive from LA county to San Diego County at least once at month. Plus my job demands to drive around LA County area on a daily basis. If time changes and If I am in a better position, I would return to buy the Kona. Once again to Moe and Christian for all your support and exceptional service. More

Quick and painless My sister and I came in expecting a long visit but what happened was the complete opposite. Yes was wonderful very good job. You as a cuatomer service are missing some standar precautions according to CDC there is no hand sanitizer on the counters or in the diapenser inside the lobby, no bod service are missing some standar precautions according to CDC there is no hand sanitizer on the counters or in the diapenser inside the lobby, no body is cleanning the chairs in the lobby after somebody used it.
