I got a 2016 VW Tiguan with only 32k miles which was a previous lease vehicle. I cant wait for time to pass to go back for my trade, even looked at something for my husband to trade his 2006 Infiniti. Awesome Awesome Awesome!!!! More

Replace transmission under warranty After several attempts to identify a transmission problem (rough shifting when engine cold) it was finally decided that the transmission needed replac After several attempts to identify a transmission problem (rough shifting when engine cold) it was finally decided that the transmission needed replacement. At this point the engine and the transmission have been replaced UNDER WARRANTY. i did purchase the extended warranty to cover electronics and happy that I did. Downey has been extremely cooperative in the entire warranty contract for which I am very grateful. There is 70 K miles on my 2011 Sonata and I hope this is the end of my problems. I assume the extended service warranty contract will cover the vehicle for the 100 K miles as agreed. Downey Service Dept. has been exemplary in cooperation and understanding.I will continue to rely on them for continued service. More
