You Were Awesome Until I Had To Deal With Parts and Service. Parts and Service ruined it for your outfit. Between trying to have conversations with two young men who did nothing but mumble, and who seemed to ha Parts and Service ruined it for your outfit. Between trying to have conversations with two young men who did nothing but mumble, and who seemed to have no idea what their jobs were and obviously had no idea what was going on with my car. They each gave me different stories. I spent 21 minutes total waiting on the phone. This was frustrating and caused me to be concerned about the quality of work being done. I suggest you train your support team to learn to speak clearly and with confidence when on the telephone and to know what their talking about. Also, it was maddening to find out that the 7-day insurance policy I was given didn't mean anything when after a couple of days the car overheated and stranded me for 3 days in a town where I did not live. I had pets I was worried about. Prior to that I went to a gas station to get gas only to find out that the door to the gas cap would not open. It was bent and appeared to have been forced open. These two things were fixed. I also had a front side light fall into the car which I was told they could not fixed because they would have to take off the whole bumper to do that. The sales manager was adamant that he would not give me a loner car because I had not yet purchased my own insurance. Well they gave me 7 days in which I planned to purchase my own insurance (which I did before their imposed 7 days). Why did the policy your dealership gave me not supply me with a loner car when the problems with the car were yours to begin with. All this after owning the car for about 3 days. PS Cesar (SP?) was not one of these two young men I spoke to in Parts and Service, and the ratings below only pertain to Adam, my salesman. Sincerely, Arlene S. Drummond More
