For me, I thought it would be that way but was surprised to be greeted by an extremely helpful and patient service department who not only looked out for my cars’ needs but was completely transparent about what it would need in the future and what others have experienced with the same issues. All my questions get answered and, as a bonus, they have a great drink machine that makes whatever you like while you wait. Highly recommend! More

He followed up with me constantly. He made me feel at ease about the work being done. Getting your car fixed can be stressful and I never once worried because Carlos was always helpful. The techs did a fantastic job but he explained everything step by step, never made me feel pressured at all. I spoke with a couple of other reps. in his absence and they are not Carlos that is all I will say. TY Carlos very much for making my experience with Hyundai a pleasurable one. More

Good experiecne overall My car was serviced for Oil change and new brakes. They quoted me an estimated before beginning the service and the wait time was very accurate. Pricing is a bit high but thats expected from a dealer the agent, Cesar, was very pleasant and had great customer service he provided some discounts that he was able to apply to my service. My car was washed but on the left side there was some grease stains that I had to clean after but no big deal. More
