Best service experience ever! I had to visit Downey Hyundai for 3 separate occasions in perhaps the last month or so, but each and every time I had a great experience. Disappointed Took my car in 1/21/19 to get carrier assy-front end module, wiring assy-fr, and wiring assy-fem repaired. The rep. had mentioned that my window was c Took my car in 1/21/19 to get carrier assy-front end module, wiring assy-fr, and wiring assy-fem repaired. The rep. had mentioned that my window was cracked by tech. during repair so that had to be replaced free of charge but in doing so the magnetic piece that fits on my window so I can put my UBER beacon on was lost fortunately the windshield co. still had it and I got it back, but then I noticed when I got home that the clip that goes under the hood to hold the arm in place that holds up the hood was missing. The tech. didn't put it on had to go back to the serv. dept. to get that done. I had mentioned to the serv. rep that I keep hearing a clinking sound right around my glove compartment and/or around the front right wheel well. I have to go back again to get that fixed (whatever that sound is). It wasn't making any clinking noise b/4 I brought it in. I paid over $4600 for repairs and now I'm going back and forth for nonsense that should've been taken care of the first time I took my car in. I'm wasting valuable time. SMH More
