Predatory Lending Tricks The financing employee offered us 2 years of FREE scheduled maintenance. Only after I got home did I notice an extra charge of $900 on my contract. I The financing employee offered us 2 years of FREE scheduled maintenance. Only after I got home did I notice an extra charge of $900 on my contract. I went back to question it and he stated it was a misunderstanding but IT WAS CLEARLY NOT!!! The contract was rewritten without the maintenance I was promised. I hope this type of predatory lending practice is not the standard. I am inclined to believe that this was done intentionally and they simply got caught this time. As a member of this Hispanic community I fear others will not notice these types of tricks due to the language barriers. Please make it right. $900 in my opinion is not worth losing a potential lifetime customer. More
