Disappointed Hyundai Loyalist This has been my 5th Hyundai product in the past 9 years and the third from this dealership. Disappointed, is the word I'll use for the overall exper This has been my 5th Hyundai product in the past 9 years and the third from this dealership. Disappointed, is the word I'll use for the overall experience. The dealership has evidently gone through some extensive personnel changes in both the sales and service departments. While very friendly and professional at first, a lot is left desired after the sale. I am a Veteran and was offered (after the sale) a rebate only after I complained that I felt there was a discrepancy between the payoff of my trade-in and what the dealer had to pay for that car from Hyundai. I am still waiting for that rebate and it is starting to look like I won't get if after all. I haven't heard from the Sales Representative since I drove off 49 days ago. No follow up at all, and I guess that's okay because I'm familiar with Hyundai and it's products, but what about the new customer who isn't. Not a good practice. More

Trust Is Important It'a bad enough that going to the mechanics is synonymous with rip-offs/scams. It's worse when you catch dishonesty from a dealer. I'm giving 3 stars because the people who work on and clean the car do a great job--they shouldn't be crapped on. I'd give 1 star to the dude out front handling the transaction. Don't BS people and make it sound like you're doing me a favor. It's insulting. I hope the rest of the Hyundai ealership in Downey isn't like this. More
