Purchased a pre-owned chevy express cargo van nearly a month ago. Our salesman promised us a new side view mirror (glass only) and remotes for the van. We have not seen those come nor have we received any month ago. Our salesman promised us a new side view mirror (glass only) and remotes for the van. We have not seen those come nor have we received any update regarding those. We also had a valid concern over the sliding door that seemed to protrude outwards when closed. We were told this was normal, however, we compared the door to our other 2 doors at home, both their sliding doors sit flush with the car's body. Jordan was our salesman.
