I made an appointment with the dealer regarding a warranty recall. They scheduled it and when I arrive didn’t have the part in stock. Took my car in and made me waste an hour of my time to tell me th warranty recall. They scheduled it and when I arrive didn’t have the part in stock. The service is ok, but I would recommend when service is off then should have someone to help out the customer with answers regarding vehicle status.
