Not professional. . unhelpful.. very rude.. Sent me away in a car that didn’t work.. had to miss another day of work just to go get my car fixed after weeks without it . unhelpful.. very rude.. I scheduled the service appointment back in May to get the recall fixed on my vehicle and to fix the issue regarding the clicking of my steering wheel. I came in, the overall service was great and the advisor went above and beyond in making sure my needs were met. The parts that needed to be replaced was affordable. However, I would have to say that the labor costs were way over my budget and too expensive for what it is worth. I wish it was more affordable for longtime customer. More
