From the moment I placed the first call and spoke with Jackie she was able to make my experience a great one. Requested the headlights to be replaced, but it wasn't changed at all! I requested the headlights to be changed and skip the diagnostic after 3hrs waiting. In the end, he ended up pull my car without the light changed although I clearly mentioned "to skip diagnosed but I need the headlights changed". What a horrible service he did. More
