The service department at Downey Hyundai is always amazing. They are always so kind and helpful. My go to girl is the Assistant Manager Jaclyn. She always professional and such a sweetheart. Extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Erica Ramos. She sure needs training on how to talk to customers. She should record herself. When it was time to pick up my car. When on the Hyundai website and on the window sticker says it comes with 3 years of 30,000 miles whichever comes first and she said I only entitled to 4 services and that I already used them up because I'm taking my vehicle before it's time to get service. Mind you the car comes with a service reminder and it tells you when it is time to get the vehicle service. Which I brought it up and on a very rude way she stated "Well do you want to pay for it or do you want to use your service". I think she should have chosen her words better or change her tone. Then she said if I had any problems with it to call Hyundai. Big No No!. However, she was really quick at trying to upsell me additional services which I declined because I can get them done at your competitors for way less money. In addition to that, I approached her to ask how much longer it will take to get my car back and she rudely said. I told you it was going to be an hour and 1/2. Definitely dissapointed, I think, I may start taking my car for service to another location and for sure this will be last Hyundai (mind you this is my 3rd Hyundai I have bought). More
