Friendly once they once they acknowledge you but you may be standing there without anyone greeting you for a few minutes and I don’t like that they did not prepare a rental car for me right away after my re be standing there without anyone greeting you for a few minutes and I don’t like that they did not prepare a rental car for me right away after my recall did not pass inspection. I had to wait a few days and get very upset to get a rental car. when I did pick my car up they brought it back to me filthy, not wash after having it for a whole month. Customer service wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great it was nonexistent. Oh I almost forgot when I called to check on my car about what was happening I called and they transferred me to three different people that did not pick up the phone finally the only person there that has customer service is Alex and he addressed the problem by getting me into a rental car but I was transferred over to Richard To handler the rest of my services and he was a new employee. May be I was expecting too much. More

So disorganized, no communication between departments or employees. Most of the people at this dealership are so pathetically rude for no reason- got yelled at unprovoked by someone in service after a booki employees. Most of the people at this dealership are so pathetically rude for no reason- got yelled at unprovoked by someone in service after a booking error on their end and then in parts for trying to return something I had already confirmed was acceptable to do via phone with another employee. They always xxxx up and then play nice to make up for it- never just do things the way they should the first time around. More
Our experience at Downey Hyundai was nothing but five star. Jackie was extremely helpful and communicated every detail throughout our entire process. She helped us ease our anxiety about payment for our service and even called us an Uber on the day of service so we could relax while our car was getting finished. Overall, I would recommend Hyundai Downey for all of your servicing needs. So awesome. More
