2 previews oil changes were 5W30 the last oil change was 0W20 put in my vehicle. Manufacturer clearly says 5W20. I brought my 2020 Hyundai Sonata in on Fri, 4/23 for broken passenger side rear door and it makes clicking and cracking as you open and close the door. After a week I haven’t heard from him so I drove to the dealership on 5/5 and saw Essex. Then he went in to Manager’s office to discuss the matter and when he came out he gave me the manager’s business card, Carlos and told me I can contact him by email. On 5/5, I sent an email to Carlos explain the problem but still haven’t heard or response from him. I finally called the dealership again on 5/12 and left a message for general Manager to give me a call and yet no answer!! More
