Hands Down The Best! I had to take in my car for an extended period of time for service. Cesar M. went out of his way to accommodate me when it came to getting me the type I had to take in my car for an extended period of time for service. Cesar M. went out of his way to accommodate me when it came to getting me the type of rental I needed. He listened patiently while I expressed my concerns. Although Cesar was the point man for me, everyone I came in contact with were respectful and nice. The camaraderie among them seems to be genuine, and I enjoy dealing with them every time I visit. Great service Carlos was the best . As a woman sometimes we feel taken advantage of when it comes to cars because of our lack of knowledge. However my experience at Carlos was the best . Best Hyundai dealer I've been to Carlos Ortiz was super busy yet he was patient and helpful. I previously went to other dealers with my issues and they dis the bare minimum and refuse Carlos Ortiz was super busy yet he was patient and helpful. I previously went to other dealers with my issues and they dis the bare minimum and refused to attempt to let me know if a specific issue was covered by my extended hpp warranty. Carlos bot only helped me find out which warranty I had, provided me the phone number, but helped me call them. I felt like he had my best interest in mind. I also saw how his co workers helped him out cause he was non stop busy. Good teamwork. I'm sticking with Downey Huyndai from now on. More
