Best Hyundai dealer I've been to Carlos Ortiz was super busy yet he was patient and helpful. I previously went to other dealers with my issues and they dis the bare minimum and refuse Carlos Ortiz was super busy yet he was patient and helpful. I previously went to other dealers with my issues and they dis the bare minimum and refused to attempt to let me know if a specific issue was covered by my extended hpp warranty. Carlos bot only helped me find out which warranty I had, provided me the phone number, but helped me call them. I felt like he had my best interest in mind. I also saw how his co workers helped him out cause he was non stop busy. Good teamwork. I'm sticking with Downey Huyndai from now on. More
