Fast and friendly! Carlos in the service department was very quick to get me checked in for my 9:00am appointment. I was there for a faulty trunk latch. Carlos listened to the issue I had, entered in all of my information, and then arranged for Uber to take me back to work and also to bring me back to the dealership to pick up my car. I was notified via text that my car was ready and all I had to do was tap a link for Uber to pick me up. All was very seamless thanks to Carlos and the service team. More

Horrible service I took my car because of a recall. They needed to replace the engine. They did replace it but returned my car with a huge scratch on the side of the c I took my car because of a recall. They needed to replace the engine. They did replace it but returned my car with a huge scratch on the side of the car and on the rim. Now they don’t want to fix it. They refuse to take responsibility. That’s not the way to conduct business. Is unprofessional and wrong. More
