Electronic issues Carlos Ruiz was the service manager that dealt with my issue. I had (3) electronic issues on my Tuscon and the service department only fixed (2) of th Carlos Ruiz was the service manager that dealt with my issue. I had (3) electronic issues on my Tuscon and the service department only fixed (2) of them. It took at least (2) hours from the time I signed in to the time I got my car back and I realized that the main issue that I was there for, which was for the USB port not working, was not fixed. I was too tired and is was getting late to go back and have them fix the issue. More
