My service rep, Caesar, recommended at 60,000 the fluid flushes for the transmission, coolant, oil and brakes. He's been great in getting to understand how I drive, hard or soft and what would be recommended based on what the techs found on the vehicle. Car is driving like new again with all the adjustments that they continually do. very happy with service. If you ever need any service they tend to be very honest compared to other Hyundai dealers that I have visited. More

Horrible While sitting in the waiting room I got a call from Carlos at 3pm saying my car would be ready in 15 min. Still sitting in the waiting room at 3:30 I While sitting in the waiting room I got a call from Carlos at 3pm saying my car would be ready in 15 min. Still sitting in the waiting room at 3:30 I got up and asked where Carlos was. I was told he left he left for the day. Someone else proceeded to check me out. He walked outside to get my paper work handed it to me with the receipt. He did not go over what work had been done to my vehicle. He did tell me my car would be outside in 5 min. I went to pay then went outside where I waited for about 10 min. I went back inside and asked where the car was because it had not come up. He said it should be up any minute. I went back outside waited another 10 min then asked for a manager. I am not sure why because she was not of any help. She was not at all apologetic or compensating me for my inconvenience. When they finally found my car they said they had been looking for the key. I was handed the key when I paid. I left the dealership at 4. I am not sure if it is new ownership but since the move to Downey the service has declined. I had been going to you guys to get serviced since 2014 when you were located on Telegraph. I will not be back. More

Great service, but... My last visit was a little "eh" I had to do major work on my vehicle and came out to over $1000. I advised the service guy if he could probably do a discount and he was quite rude about it. I had the get the manager involved and the manager was quick to offer me a small discount for being a loyal customer since 2012. It didn't matter that it was $20 off, what matters is that the person would try. He also advised that my tires weren't roatated (even tho this was part of my bundle) he said my tires were old and needed replacement anyway ( 2yr old tires) .. I was just ready to get out of there wasn't in the mood to make a big deal. This recent trip I was seen by a young man named Cesar. His customer service skills are amazing. Before I left he looked at my tires and said "have ur tires been roatated?" I said nope! Just the fact that pays close attention to detail is amazing. If you want great service I recommend you ask for Cesar! Cesar More
