She was stepping in for the person who should have helped me. She seemed tired and even mistook me for someone else when I had just seen her an hour before. Whoever brought up my vehicle for me to depart forgot to leave the key and I had to go back in and ask for it. Two service techs came to speak with me but spoke Spanish, which I do not understand. In that period of time that my key could not be located, my vehicle started to do something strange. The locks would lock and unlock in a rapid fashion and the lights would flicker on and off. One of the techs happened to be next to the car after speaking to me (in Spanish which I do not understand) and when I asked him what was going on, he said, “I don’t know maybe your battery is dead.” His brush off comment annoyed me, not only because he is a service technician and should know more, but also because it was a clear dismissal of my concern. More

Great Service Usually when you think of a dealership you may dread heavy fees and services designed to swindle you out of your money. For me, I thought it would be that way but was surprised to be greeted by an extremely helpful and patient service department who not only looked out for my cars’ needs but was completely transparent about what it would need in the future and what others have experienced with the same issues. All my questions get answered and, as a bonus, they have a great drink machine that makes whatever you like while you wait. Highly recommend! More
