Other than getting a new motor for free form Hyundai which is great my source of happiness is all based on him. He is the nicest, most helpful rep I have ever experienced. He followed up with me constantly. He made me feel at ease about the work being done. Getting your car fixed can be stressful and I never once worried because Carlos was always helpful. The techs did a fantastic job but he explained everything step by step, never made me feel pressured at all. I spoke with a couple of other reps. in his absence and they are not Carlos that is all I will say. TY Carlos very much for making my experience with Hyundai a pleasurable one. More

Good experiecne overall My car was serviced for Oil change and new brakes. They quoted me an estimated before beginning the service and the wait time was very accurate. Pricing is a bit high but thats expected from a dealer the agent, Cesar, was very pleasant and had great customer service he provided some discounts that he was able to apply to my service. My car was washed but on the left side there was some grease stains that I had to clean after but no big deal. More

My service rep, Caesar, recommended at 60,000 the fluid flushes for the transmission, coolant, oil and brakes. He's been great in getting to understand how I drive, hard or soft and what would be recommended based on what the techs found on the vehicle. Car is driving like new again with all the adjustments that they continually do. very happy with service. If you ever need any service they tend to be very honest compared to other Hyundai dealers that I have visited. More
