Supposed to 18,000 mile service which is what I requested/selected when I made the appointment online. When I reviewed the paperwork that evening, it showed only a standard oil change was done and nothing else. My warranty requires prompt service which they were contracted to perform and did not. I have emailed two times regarding this and have received no response email or phone call. Not impressed by them - seems to be getting worse at this place. Employees were walking around snacking and talking to co-workers instead of productively working. Then I see the service I was there for was not even performed - total waste of time and now have very little confidence in their team. More
