Liars We contacted the dealership because of a radio ad we heard saying if your paying $300 on your current vehicle even if you owe to come on in and they w We contacted the dealership because of a radio ad we heard saying if your paying $300 on your current vehicle even if you owe to come on in and they will get you into a Nissan Altima for about 170 a month with no money down. So before going over there my girlfriend called to verify this and explain to them what we had a 2015 Nissan Sentra that we only have for 2 years and askes them are you going to tak the balance on to the new car they said no. So we made an appointment and went down there and it was all BS they told us we were too upside down on our car and couldn't help us. The finance finance manager is a complete idiot didn't even try to help us and their sales people just say anything to get you to go down there. We live in Chino I drove to Downey because they said they could do this even after we told them that what we owed on the car. This is exactly why people hate going to the dealership because of faces like this. Do not believe Nissan of Downey they are liars and not professional at all. More

Unprofessional,Poor customer service Nissan needs to improve their costumer service ASAP. All of the people on that department have the worst service ever. The car had a warranty: meaning Nissan needs to improve their costumer service ASAP. All of the people on that department have the worst service ever. The car had a warranty: meaning that when it reached a specific amount of miles it would have to go through a number of changes, such as an apparatus from the AC that had been broken; etc. So when I tried going they said my car still needed to run some miles and told me to come back, so I did just that, I went back when my car reached the number of miles and they said they didn't have space that I needed to reschedule. So there I go rescheduling for another appointment, but when I went to that rescheduled appointment they told me I waited too long!!! That the warranty had expired!!! Steve was the crew who didn't help me with this issue and you can only guess where I'm going with this... In conclusion...Nissan is the worst liar ever. More
