I am normally very satisfied with my interaction at Dryer & Riebold, but this visit left me frustrated. When I arrived, I was greeted then handed off to the person that was handling my vehicle for the servic & Riebold, but this visit left me frustrated. When I arrived, I was greeted then handed off to the person that was handling my vehicle for the service. He had me sign a paper and told me he was tied up working on claims but would get with me. I never saw him again. I was in for an oil change and was there for 2 1/2 hours. I had to go check on my car, noticed it had been pulled in the garage. I assumed someone would be coming to get me. Wrong. I waited another half hour and finally asked about my car sitting. They then found someone to check me out. No one apologized for the wait or anything. Very disappointed in the lack of interaction. More
