The service at Dreyer and Reinbold South lacks in comparison to the North location. From the offshore person who answers the incoming calls (who I could hardly understand) to the loaner vehicle I w comparison to the North location. From the offshore person who answers the incoming calls (who I could hardly understand) to the loaner vehicle I was provided, it was all subpar to what I expected from an Infinity dealer. I will go to the North or other locations for future service and when I look to replace my current Infinity. BTW, the service advisor was nice, just the overall experience lacked. I’m taking my rating down another star because this link is only for a new or used BMW purchase, it doesn’t even address the real reason I visited this dealership (to have service on my Infinity QX60). I’m going to have to mark it that I was there to purchase a BMW just to get this survey to go through. More

This is my second service with them. I had the oil changed and multi inspection. I was kept informed while I was in the waiting room. They had free soft drinks and coffee with snacks.
