I brought my car which is out of warranty in for service. What really keeps me coming back is my personal service rep, Elijah Stewart. He is very competent, and I feel 100% that he would not recommend I h What really keeps me coming back is my personal service rep, Elijah Stewart. He is very competent, and I feel 100% that he would not recommend I have something done that is not necessary or is not necessary at this time. I am a single woman with very little knowledge of car maintenance, and I trust what he tells me completely. I appreciate dealing with the same person each time I come in, and I feel he and I have developed a relationship which is important to me, because we have talked to each other on multiple occassions. I live very close to the dealership, and he always assists me with transportation without having to go through the paperwork of getting a loaner. This is very convenient, and saves me a lot of time.
