I contacted the dealer thru an e-mail on carfax where i found the car listed. It took around 3 days before I received a message back from the dealer (longer than I would expect) but once contact was made found the car listed. It took around 3 days before I received a message back from the dealer (longer than I would expect) but once contact was made things moved along quickly. The salesman (Evan) answered all of my questions quickly. He did a walk-around video of the car and sent it to me insuring it was a clean car in very good condition. We had several messages back and forth regarding negotiations including the trade-in of my existing car. Upon agreement to the negotiation terms I drove from Cleveland, Oh to the dealership in Indianapolis, In to to pick up the car and trade mine in. Upon arrival the car new car was prepped and ready for me. Evan took a quick look at my car and we both agreed each vehicle was as described during negotiations. Total time to complete the sale and all of the paperwork was approx. 1 hour and I was on my way home. Very smooth transaction all the way around. More
