Not Austin, I went in because I drove by and told him my situation, he told me that as long as I'm honest with them, they will help me. After leaving for the day, Austin is the first dealer that called me back. Came in 11/29/14 and can't believe how easy it all is. Fixed every issue I had with the car, even put gas in it as well. This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to, and the only dealership I want to come back to. This place is amazing, and it all started from a frustrating day being told"no".
