Good way to rebuild credit I can in looking at a certain car that i liked and wanted. I have challenged credit so i dont have the pleasure of going anywhere. Awesome Jim was an easy going guy with a great sense of humor. I feel I got the best deal possible that got me in a vehicle I really think I'm going to love. Worst Expereince EVER!!! Purchased a PT Cruiser which was about $3k over blue book price. When I asked I was told that's the price you pay when you don't have good credit. I Purchased a PT Cruiser which was about $3k over blue book price. When I asked I was told that's the price you pay when you don't have good credit. I'm currently going thru a BK. Purchased the car anyways cause thought I had no other option due to my situation. About week after I my purchase the car broke down on the way to work, had to have it towed and miss work. I was given a loaner which was a run down car. On the second day I was leaving an event at about 12:30 am the car would not start. I got my car back and about a week later, oil was leaking, engine light came on and making loud cracking noise felt like wheels going to break off. Car went back to shop, was given a loaner another PT Cruiser. Within one week loaner engine came on and car was stuck in second gear. Dealership gave me another loan another PT Cruiser, passenger window would not work at times and AC did not work. At this point I become concerned that I made a mistake purchasing a car from this place. I still owed another $100 towards my deposit. At this point I had already missed 2.5 days of work with no pay due to the issues with their cars. I asked if they can work with me on the balance $100 due and I was surely shocked with the response I received. Basically I was told that I could not afford the car and at that point they didn't want to deal with me so wanted to cancel my contract and give me half of my deposit back! I said NO WAY. I eventually did get a full refund. This place doesn't care about their customers they just want to make money. Don't buy a car here unless you want to have mechanical issues. They purchase cars cheap with issues put band aids and sell them to people who are vulnerable and in need a car. They have full control of your car, they are able to remotely turn your car off at anytime for any reason. The reason you see so many good reviews here is because before you sign a purchase contract with them they direct and instruct you at that moment to come on this site and give them a good review regardless of how you feel. Horrible expereince! Horrible cars! Horrible customer service! If you want a reliable car don't go to Express Auto Spot. More
