Regret I originally gave a stellar review (which Tony solicited for several times while I was trying to read and sign paperwork). I wasn't really impressed with the service I received, but wrote a glowing a review anyway. I felt rushed during the selection process. I kept asking about one car in particular. He never said no but kept throwing other cars at me. I absolutely HATE the car I bought. It is a $9,000 piece of poo. The free roadside assistance and towing is just towing...if you're on the west side. I read my papers TWICE while I was stranded with my children waiting for someone else to come to my rescue. It is LITERALLY falling apart in my hands. My front end FELL OFF. It's not attached by a single screw! There are transmission problems. I fully intend to find out what my warranty is going to cover. It is so bad that I sometimes wish a truck could just ram it really good (while its parked and empty of course). If I had it to do all over again...I wouldn't. More

I spoke with Jessica over the phone and because of her friendly, outgoing personality that came thru the phone made me want to come in and check you I spoke with Jessica over the phone and because of her friendly, outgoing personality that came thru the phone made me want to come in and check you all out. The day I came in Jessica acknowledged me and even remember my name and what we spoke about. She was thorough, knowledgeable, very friendly and you don't feel rushed or pressure from her.
