What a great experience every time I come in to service center always very helpful and friendliness. He told I was due for tire rotate with my oil change . Also, my tire light was on . Norman told me all tires were little low due to the cold temperatures, outside, the one that had serviced my Jeep set to proper tire pressures. I waited for my oil change, tire rotation and check tire pressures, I was gone in about 35 minutes. Norman , showed me on the front drivers door were the proper tire pressures are if this happens, again. I don't have to come back for 8,000 miles , wow , unless my oil change light comes on or I have an issue with my Jeep. So hard to find time to go to the dealer for service . They took their time to explain the new ins and outs of the new Jeeps, the features they offered and fit a Jeep to the pri regarding their Jeep line. The test drive was informative and the salesperson gave a detailed explanation of all the features and what separated Jeep from the rest. I had a monthly budget that we had to stay in and the sales manager worked the numbers a few different ways and gave us all the options to meet our budget restraints. We ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and growing up in Watertown, I could not be prouder to call Bradshaw Jeep a great hometown car dealership.
