He worked out a great deal for her and went to another lot 40 mins away to get a car for her to look at (the one she bought) He brought us water while we waited and was super pleasant at all times. It's obvious this man loves his job and wants to get the customer exactly what they are looking for! I was able to test drive a few that I really liked and he actually went and picked up the car I really wanted from Shelbyville on the same day. After noticing a small crack in the windshield and a loose belt sound, John Burbrink assured us that they would be happy to fix these immediately and for no cost. Overall, I was extremely happy with this experience and will definitely recommend Ben to any of my friends and family for their next car purchase. More
