I had a really concerning experience with this dealership that potential buyers should be aware of. They required a non-refundable deposit before allowing me to review the full contract details, which is a m that potential buyers should be aware of. No reputable business should pressure customers into handing over money without complete transparency about the terms of the deal. It felt like a tactic to lock people in before they have a chance to fully understand what they’re agreeing to. When I pushed back and asked to see the contract first, I was met with vague answers and increasing pressure to “secure the vehicle” with the deposit. That kind of approach creates distrust and makes it seem like they’re more interested in taking your money than earning your business honestly. Buying a car is a big financial decision, and customers deserve clarity and time to review everything upfront. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership proceed with caution. Never agree to a non-refundable deposit without seeing and understanding the full contract. Transparency and trust should come first—and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. More

They did not disclose this and just passed the odometer discrepancy paper shuffled in with the other multitude of papers you have to sign. READ EVERY DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY OF THEM. Two weeks later, the sensors in the transmission went out. When I called them about the problem and the discrepancy, they did give me a small refund to make me go away. If I had known I was buying a vehicle that had an unknown amount of miles, I would not have bought it. Their excuse was that they priced the car accordingly. Now I have a vehicle that will be really hard to resell when I turn my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica into my next work vehicle. If they were really honest, they would have not placed an ad with the incorrect mileage or they would have disclosed. Chris telling me he did not know is not believable. The repairs still cost me $1200. The tires were also undersized and had to be replaced ($400). No used car is perfect, but I would have went to my 2nd choice. I ended up paying over $8000 and ended up at $9350. More

blown motor dont. buy from these guys bought a truck from them in april 2018 less than a month later had to spend 300+ dollars for evaporation tube for check engi dont. buy from these guys bought a truck from them in april 2018 less than a month later had to spend 300+ dollars for evaporation tube for check engine light then 2 months later replaced front brake hoses now March 2019 check engine light came on and one cylinder in motor has no compression and now spending 3500+ dollars on reman motor to get truck running wondering what will happen next have not called dealership this last time because called about evaporation tube ask if i took extended warranty was not offered one guy i bought car from was not there anymore my mechanic said it was unusual for motor to go with only 167,000 no use to call will not stand behind More
