I normally do not leave reviews, but after dealing with Drive Time in Arlington, Texas, I had to say this; hopefully no one else with endure what I had to endure. I did my application and everything said I was approved for all cars. I received a call from Roddy and told him how I get paid, that I get a 1099 at end of the year and stated I had my bank statements. He stated that's fine all they want to see is that you have been making recent deposits. Well, I sent all of my check stubs they asked for showing my deposits and everything paid and all that comes out of my account. Roddy waited three hours later to call and say, " Well, our finance office stated they cannot use your bank statements because they cannot understand exactly what all you had going on because you have deposits, you have Zelle transfers, which the only thing you all wanted was to know that I was depositing money into my account. What was going on with me zelling or someone zelling me should not have had anything to do with you all. I am very irritated at this point because I explain everything to you before you asked for my information, and he stated all would be fine. Then when I asked could I speak with the finance people to help them to understand my statements because I have Zelle for paying my rent and other things coming out of my account for paying bills or whatever I have to pay so that should not have been a question to them. He states no they not here they are away we just use them and send the documents to them. No, let me see if I can get you someone to speak to. I want to help in any way I can. Just oh no, it's no one else that you can speak to. I asked to speak to the general manager; oh, he's here, but he doesn't speak to anyone. All the time wasted just to be told at the end they don't understand your bank statements so it's nothing we can do. More
