We had a decent experience at the dealership but once we signed for the car and left it all started. First the ac went out, then coil packs were bad (ALL 6), then the fan went out, then there was a transmis signed for the car and left it all started. First the ac went out, then coil packs were bad (ALL 6), then the fan went out, then there was a transmission problem (the only thing covered under warranty), then we had multiple other issues. Haven’t had the car a year and we have spent more in repairs than we have in payments. Recently, BOTH cataliyc systems went out and to fix it will be more than the cost of car. Reached out to explain situation and see if they are willing to do anything….nothing but a run around. By far the worst experience with getting a car. Will never recommend this place. And the sad thing is multiple shops say they knew about these issues before selling car. Everything is rigged- be careful and check the car out throughly before signing More

Mercedes guy I was in search of good reliable vehicle. I knew it would be difficult to find one with little down payment and a monthly payment that I would be able I was in search of good reliable vehicle. I knew it would be difficult to find one with little down payment and a monthly payment that I would be able to afford. I looked online at various so called bad credit car dealers in which about everyone turned out to have some type of stipulation attached. I came across the Drivetime ad and filled out a credit application and within minutes I was approved and given a website to look at vehicles they had on their lot that would be in my budget. I found several that I liked so I called and set an appointment to go in and demo them. When I went in for my appointment I was hooked up with salesman named Henry (Ford). He keyed all my information into computer and showed me the cars they had that was in my approved loan amount. Ford also show me vehicles that he could get from some of their sister stores. I finally found a vehicle that I really like and we demoed it. The vehicle I chose was a Mercedes Benz C280. The car was in great shape. Ford and another stff member went over my payment option which included some etended maitenance warranties. I signed papers and drove off with my car. I just wanted to write this review and let people know that Drivetime is not a scam. If you hae bad credit and are trying to get a reliable vehicle and repair your credit this place will work with you with a low down payment and payment that you can afford. I will definitely be referring other people I know to Drivetime and Henry (Ford) for sure. Thank you Drivetime and Ford for helping me out. More

The staff seemed generally interested in my needs and we're able to negotiate with the bank to adjust interest rate The overall experience went well.
