Worked with Chad Pittman and Megan Colinas I came here because my mom purchased her car from here as well. She walked in and less than an hour she signed papers for her car. I dread the car buying adventure. I enjoyed working with Chad and Megan. Chad is extremely personable and easy to work with. He reassured me that car buying jitters were normal when I told him I woke up at 3AM asking myself what the h*** did I do?!!! Megan is so friendly and funny! She received an email from corporate regarding a missing signature. She felt bad asking me to come back to the dealership (I stopped in and left 5 minutes before the email) she didn't have to, but she offered to put gas in my car. Although my car is currently sitting at the mechanic undergoing some serious work for a rear brake issue, I can't even be mad. Everything is covered under the warranty and I will be up and running by the end of the day hopefully. It's annoying, but things happen and it is being taken care of. More

I had the pleasure of meeting with Woody Dagner who had me in the same day with the vehicle I wanted with no out of pocket expense! It was so smooth and easy and it just blew me away how he got me in the Jeep I wanted. Everything I needed to know had been explained by Woody Dagner first and then at the signing of the vehicle by another friendly personnel who had been as equally as great as Woody. I think Drivetime will keep me as a customer from now on for my vehicle needs. More
