I wanted to write a good review, but the staff has no care in the world for my situation and wanting me to come in and spend hours trying to get a car. My time is valuable and I don't want to sit and wai care in the world for my situation and wanting me to come in and spend hours trying to get a car. My time is valuable and I don't want to sit and wait for hours to get what I want and paper work done. I was going to be a repeat customer and get two vehicles not now they have lost me. If I spoke to a manager yesterday, you are one rude man. I didn't get a call back today from anyone to say they're sorry or what can we do to make things better shows me one thing LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! !and I haven't gotten a call back today, which shows me that being a loyal customer means nothing to anyone there.
