Overall good experience The girl that assisted me was very friendly and nice. I liked the overall visit but was not thrilled with how long it took them to get the paperwork d The girl that assisted me was very friendly and nice. I liked the overall visit but was not thrilled with how long it took them to get the paperwork done even though I repeatedly told them I had to leave by a certain time because I had to go to work. It took over 3 hours for paperwork to be finished I was late to work. There were a few things that I didn't like but it was still ok and I would recommend them to people that I know that do not have credit or have bad credit it was easy to get approved! More

horrible Had to wait ten and a half hours to finish the approval because of there lack of skills talking and typing my paper work. People that came in after me and my wife were leaving before me horrible customer service and I don't recommend them at all. The sales guy Eddie Mitchell was doing everything he could but the person who was typing Alberto and he just seemed like he didn't want to do the paperwork or anything. I guess if I would have been well off financely to be even notice and that to me I'd pathetic. Work on people skills. More

Vin was my salesperson and she was amazing I would highly recommend Vin, she was my salesperson and she was awesome. She really went out of her way and she did work very hard and for over 4 hou I would highly recommend Vin, she was my salesperson and she was awesome. I really hope that the general manager or owner looks at this daily. First of all they need to get ride of the manager that worked on aug 13,2014 Bcuz he was one rud guy. I wasted my gas to drive there and got terrible customer service this is a business and you get payed to work! After sitting there for more than 30min I got up and left. And decide to come back and tell the manager to tell him they had terrible service he payed no mind and said "okay" I'm glad you don't care about the business they put you in charge of I will NEVER EVER go to a drive time in my life and will make sure that no one I no will, since you pay no mine in your job. More
