Let me just say Cassie Coffee is the worse car salesperson I’ve ever experienced in my life. I will never return to DriveTime again. I highly suggest she receives a refreshers course in customer salesperson I’ve ever experienced in my life. I will never return to DriveTime again. I highly suggest she receives a refreshers course in customer service. She was very rude and sarcastic. She thought her so called jokes were funny. When I mentioned how displeased I was with her services she laughed and said either I want the car or not. So basically she didn’t care rather or not she revived the sale. I truly believe she was frustrated because it was close to closing time or maybe she was having a long day. Either way no customer should be treated in the matter as she did under any circumstance especially when l was nothing but nice to her even with her rude behavior. So NO I will not be purchasing the vehicle from this DriveTime or any other!!! More
