2002 Toyota Tundra Had been looking for a truck for about 6 months with no luck . Was on the way down to vandalia and passed their Elsberry location. Seen a red truck at the end of the lot and went back to look at it . Don came out to help me. I didn't like the red truck and he showed me several others . I asked about the Toyota ,he showed it to me and told me to take a test drive . Really nice clean truck . Told him I liked it but was having trouble with dealers getting me financing back in St. Louis. He took me inside and introduced me to Jeff . Jeff not only got me financing but also a low payment with no money down. Truck had a small problem which they had immediately fixed . Got it inspected here at my regular mechanic. Truck passed safety and emmisions with flying colors . In the long run I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car or truck. Very friendly people ,great to work with. do not take trade ins to them I traded in my car and it took me a while to get them the title because i had to wait on my bank to send it to me. Upon receving the title i immediat I traded in my car and it took me a while to get them the title because i had to wait on my bank to send it to me. Upon receving the title i immediately gave it to them and they still have not paid off my old loan. I am now beinn ignored and have the bank for ky old loan comtacting me wanting to know whats going on. This is bery ypsetting because they were very nice while i was there but ince i drove off the lot that all went out the window. Now i will be most likely be taking a hit on my credit because they dont have any urgency to pay off my trade in. More

Got called back months later because of this review!
