This is what happened. Yesterday in the late morning I called your dealership to enquire about a white Mercedez 2015 stock # AP9014A. First I spoke with an agent who told me the car is available and a salesman will call me soon. Later I got a call and several text messages from Daniel he confirmed to me that the car is available . I hired a mechanic with his equipment to test the car on the way I again got a call from Daniel who asked me if I am on my way, because he had to leave I confirmed that I am on my way I had to drive from Aventura it took me over 1 hour.30 minutes due to traffic. When I arrived I was told that he left , then another sdalesman told me that he will get the car I waited for over 30 minutes then daniel showed up to tell me that the car was moved to another location and there was no car to buy. So I drove a total of 3 hours waited at your dealership for 30 minutes paid the mechanic $150.00, to find out that there was never a car. I hope you can see the programed deception and lies, how can anyone trust your company. By the way the car still shows up on your website. SHAME

I agree, this is totally unacceptable. This vehicle should have been located in our inventory and physically confirmed it was ready for sale before inviting you to our store to view it. I am extremely sorry for your wasted trip.Unfortunately, there are times that inventory is advertised for sale due to availability but off site for reconditioning, inspections, other test drives and numerous other reasons. This is why I always train my staff to physically verify availability before scheduling a test drive appointment. I would be happy to refund you the 150$ spent or deduct it from the price of any other vehicle in inventory you like.

No thanks I don't want the refund. How is it possible that 3 staff members told me that the car is here 1. Before I came. 2. Twice when I was on my 30 minutes before I arrived 3. When I arrived the salesman took my personal information and put in the computer because it was needed before I do the test drive. He saw with the mechanic waiting. All this while the car was not there. And you want to tell me that this is not a regular method at your dearlership? I will make sure that anyone who will look in the social media will know how your company process sales.

I am sympathetic to your concerns. I agree there was a break down in our process. There is no reason to lie to you. I train my staff to do exactly as I explained to you. I will take your review and use it to better help my team to understand the importance of following our process. I offered you a refund for money spent out of good will and in the name of good customer service, not to persuade you about social media reviews. I’m more interested in happy customers. Either way feel free to contact me anytime if you change your mind. If the vehicle is back at the store I can always arrange someone to bring it to your mechanic to save you time. Thank you again for your understanding.
