I was specifically looking for a used 2007 Murano SL. Nes had posted that Murano on Craigslist and they also had it on their website. I had also emailed Les that I was interested in the Murano and to run the numbers on the loans to see my financing options. They got back to me first thing Sunday morning with the price that I liked for the Murano. They also gave me a few financing options that I liked. I went in and and finalized the paperwork. It was good that I had filled out the loan application on their website the night before so that they can have all of the paperwork waiting for me when I arrived. Great experience and stress-free! I left my car for a week getting daily progress calls when he said he would, they even offered me a Cube to drive while my car was in the shop. When I picked up the car Jesse greeted me, walked me to the cashiers and pulled up my newly repaired car. Also thanks to the detail department for washing and vacuuming my vehicle. I dont live in the area but on a trip thru the Bay Area my car broke down. I called Dublin Nissan and spoke to Paul. Imagine my suprise when in less than an hour they had looked at my car and diagnosed my problem as a failed alternator. They had the part in stock and I was back on the road in less than 90 minuets and my vacation was saved. More

I would like to highlight: No surprises - everything they said throughout the deal was the same when I went in to sign the papers. Great price - the price was very good. Straight Talking - Everyone we spoke with, from Clint, to the gentleman who went with us on the test drive, to Zack the finance manager gave me no nonsense answers to my questions. No double talk, no salesmanese. Nice car - my first foray into Nissan in quite a while. I am impressed with the styling, ride and features. Joseph Khan & the Finance Manager Zack worked for 7 days, even coming in on their days off to work a deal on a Minivan that would help us build our credit back up and replace out failing Suburban. On Wednesday night the minivan which was at another Ken Harvey dealer sold! So Joe and Zack worked really hard to find something in our price range. They found us a really, really nice Eddie Bauer Expedition that was a touch out of our budget, but the dealer lowered the price several thousand dollars, worked with the banks, and got us into our new Explorer, and we love it. Best experience with a car dealer ever. I will be coming back and I will be sending people to Dublin Nissan to ask for Joseph Khan and Zack. More

I brought my five year old car in for it's lastscheduled maintenance, and instead of getting the minimum amount if service, I was given service above and beyond what was expected or due.
