I had a warranty claim related to an untimely noise in the Cam-Chain area. After a fair amount of work with Nissan America we managed to get approval and get the work done. Dealer supported me the whole way...even to the point of providing a loan car. No more unpleasant sound, Pathfinder engine purrs as when it was new. Jesse has twice assisted me with what otherwise would have been expensive to fix, being in a warranty "grey area"; from a customer support perspective he is tops. Regards. More
Normally when I go to the dealers, I feel as if I am being taken advantage of because I am a lady. But this time, it did not feel that way. Every time I go into the dealership, I always ask for Jesse Apostol as he is the most friendly and courteous service advisor there. And most of all he is HONEST with me. Being a woman I don't know much Jesse Apostol as he is the most friendly and courteous service advisor there. And most of all he is HONEST with me. Being a woman I don't know much about cars and really appreciate that he takes the time to explain the service needed and what has to be done now or can wait to be done at a later visit. He also empathizes and understands that service can sometimes be costly and not something to make a quick decision about. If Jesse isn't available, I always wait for him as he treats me like a valued customer, not just a number, like some other service advisors there. High recommendations for Jesse! Kudos to Jesse! I hope he gets a raise for his praise! More
I brought in my vehicle 3 times regarding a low pressure tire. After the service team had inspected my vehicle for the third time they informed me that there was a nail in the side wall of my tire and coul tire. The service/parts department could not provide me with a new tire for 30 days due to being on back order. I followed up with the service/parts department weekly for updates as I was required to fill my tire with air every 1 - 2 days and was concerned about driving on this tire for my daily commute of over 60+ miles. I then took my vehicle into the San Leandro, CA Nissan dealership who determined that the nail was not in the side wall of the tire and was able to repair the tire on the same day I brought in my vehicle. I purchased the service package with my vehicle trusting that my car will be serviced properly. I am now concerned about the services I've brought my vehicle in for and cannot trust if they are being completed or not. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I received. More
Brought my car in for service on saturday, didn't have an appointment but jesse said it wasn't a problem just leave the car all day. I was okay with leaving it for the day. So after i left not an hour and a appointment but jesse said it wasn't a problem just leave the car all day. I was okay with leaving it for the day. Took my Nissan Frontier there in January of 2011. They told me that the motor would need to be repalced, which I thought equalled $$$. But they informed me that it should be covered under my warranty, mea told me that the motor would need to be repalced, which I thought equalled $$$. But they informed me that it should be covered under my warranty, meaning no $ at all on my part. I use this truck for my business, so I was worried about having to leave it there for a long time. THey got it back to me as fast as they could. Jason Alaura was very friendly and helped me throughout the whole process. I will definatley be going back to this dealership for my general maintenece. I am one of many but at Dublin Nissan (DN) I have that feeling that I am special. They explain clearly what the issues, options for fixes; utilize all possibilities for lowering my expenses, providing a s feeling that I am special. Last week on my Murano with 97.5K I had 5 leaks. Estimated parts cost - $3,800. I was given a free car for duration of repair (paying gas only). When picked up my car I paid $37.47 for regular oil change and not a penny for repair. Couple days later on highway my wife said: what’s happen to your car, I do not hear the noise? [engine] They treated me the same way from the beginning when I got this car from DN almost 4 years ago. Every time coming back for service I carious if they are still the same (i.e. I am special), and Yes again, - they are. I can not think about any other place in Bay Area for taking care of my Murano.
