We originally met with Peter on Thursday, 3/13 and he showed us several models but we were very interested in the Subaru Crosstrek XV. Sami and support staff were quick and thorough. I knew which car I wanted and was able to start the process and drive away in my new Subaru WRX STI 2014 base model 4 door in just under 2.5 hours. They even set up my paint and fabric protection service for the next day, a Saturday. Service work went fine and a few weeks later my Short throw shifter came in and was installed quick and easy. I bought an 08 Tahoe from Dulles and they were able to hold it for me to come up and purchase. They also stood behind the sale. On the way home the TPMS light came on and then I realized the drivers mirr hold it for me to come up and purchase. They also stood behind the sale. Dulles and manager Tommy Omar were fast to fix the problems as well as let me have it done at my local Chevy dealer and not drive 3hrs to them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
