Recently bought a used Town and Country. It took almost 2 months for them to transfer the title to us. When we finally were able to get our van inspected in PA it needed both front struts It took almost 2 months for them to transfer the title to us. When we finally were able to get our van inspected in PA it needed both front struts and both inner tie rods. The driver's side sliding door stopped working. The front seat heater stopped working. The rear parking sensor stopped working. According to them it was $3000 in repairs. All this in the first 2 months. The best they could do was pay for half, which ends up costing the exact same as just having a non-dealer mechanic do the work. Exceptionally disappointed they didn't catch the very obvious mechanical problems before selling a vehicle. The title also said the vehicle had 5000 more miles then the odometer read. All of it feels pretty shady. More
