She was communicative, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time (getting me in and out quickly, while still being patient with my requests/needs). I really didn't think I would ever have a good car experience and this was it. I even came from out of town and it went seamless. She even took me to a body shop to get a second opinion on some repainting concerns I had (which ended up being unwarranted afterall). It's nice to have someone you can trust and this is how I felt with the experience at DMC. Also want to mention a great process with Jake (and Noland) in Finance as well. The financing element in the car buying experience is always a nightmare, with the back and forth, waiting forever for an answer, negotiating, etc. . . Well, DMC doesn't haggle I found out, but the price was the best I'd found (. .. .and again I'd been looking for a year) and Jake was FAST. He asked me a few questions. I answered them - and then I was done. I had to ask him again if we were REALLY done, and he assured me that we were. I was stunned. Thanks DMC! More

I set up an appointment with her the next day and she had the two cars I was interested in, parked out front and ready for a test drive. The car I decided on was a used 2014 Subaru Forester at the best price! The car is a stick shift (I have never regularly drove a stick shift before) and Olivia personally gave me lessons and made sure that I was confident driving the car before I drove it off the lot. Her manager, Taryn Smith, even filled up my gas tank because my commute home was an hour away. The next day I got a call from Olivia to make sure everything was going alright with the car, which it was! I got a great deal on the Forester and I got amazing service!! More
