I can say the customer service was great. As soon as I got out of the car I had someone greet me. Most dealerships I go to I'll walk around 10 minutes before my presence is even acknowledged. I am a very difficult buyer to deal with because I'm very particular, but even when I was probably a bit ruder then I should have been they maintained themselves very professionally and respectful. The only issue I had was I called about a vehicle and the next day they didn't have it and they didn't call me to tell me they had sold it; however, in their defense it is tax season and they were pretty busy. A problem I had with other dealers is that they tack on all these outrageous fees, but Durrett didn't. What I bought the car for is what I am paying (plus interest of course). I also received a lower interest rate then I expected. Overall it has been a good experience and I am pleased with the vehicle I selected. Lucio even bought me lunch. I'd definitely buy another car from here and I would recommend this dealership. More
