Richard was my salesman whom started out very nice and cool, But today when i went to get my money back he acting funny and fake once he seen i wasnt going to but a car. but ended being a horrible experience they will take a deposit from you before you are even approved then try not to give you your deposit back but i lost my slip they gave me. They are liars and snakes you will be sitting there all day run from this place SNAKES IN THE GRASS. Its all fake and games. I went to carmax and was out within 2 hours with a car and a way cheaper down payment and lower interest rates. I wouldnt dare go to this place every RUN More

This place sucks. This place is pathetic. Craig the owner is a piece of xxxx, tried everything he could to make money off of me but wouldn't actually help me and my tru This place is pathetic. Craig the owner is a piece of xxxx, tried everything he could to make money off of me but wouldn't actually help me and my truck situation like he agreed too since it was trash from the start which I didnt know because it ran and worked fine til it got off the lot permanently. Ima young adult who happens to just work and work for my little family of 2 boys and bills of my own trying to start somewhere just like everybody else but after the first week, the truck broke down every week after that, at that I asked for a rental to keep making an income for myself and him and he wouldnt allow it then finally gave me a rental when my mom walked in but funny to say that rental truck was messed up too, nothing could ever get done, I missed work days, doctors appointments, and so on, literally through out the past couple of months it's been bad but he agreed to work with me still trying to keep his name on top and I wasn't trying to make him look bad so I kept quite and just long enough to make it past the week or so then it would break down again, and it was the same problem over and over, then supposedly my fault, plus me not trying to mess up my credit, my name, or anything that reflects me, I had to stick with it and it's just been sitting broke down but then what got me and everybody I tell this too is he just laughed when I told him the paper work for the truck was wrong and said "that just means more money for me", when yet I'm trying to fix it myself because clearly him and/or his mechanics can't do their job right for their costumer. Dont get me wrong the truck was badass an 04 gmc sierra 4 door just perfect til you mention if it works but I seriously don't recommend this place to anybody save your money and time and take it somewhere else.. xxxx YOU CRAIG.🤘🏽 More
